WE CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $10 TO CANCEL ANY TRIP OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY. NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE IF CANCELLED WITHIN OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
Cancel before 48 Hours of your scheduled trip time for all trips including Whitewater, Combo and Teton Views Scenic Float Trips, we will refund the entire charge, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
1 Week (7 Days) for Groups of 8+ on all river trips, including private trips and 30 Days for groups of 20 or more, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Please note: We do run trips in inclement weather and it is your responsibility to check your phone or weather app and make a call or email to the shop to cancel your trip if the weather does not look good to you! Please allow enough time to cancel your trip within the cancellation policy stated above.
Although it is highly unlikely, Jackson Hole Whitewater, inc. does reserve the right to reschedule or cancel river trips due to inclement weather, river conditions or insufficient number of participants. In the event of cancellations by us, your entire payment will be refunded in full, or you are welcome to apply it toward another river trip.
*****Scenic float times and whitewater trips on the Snake River can vary during the season. Call us if you need more details on the timing of any scenic or whitewater trip when you are in town. The times listed are estimated and do vary from week to week and month to month.
Covid-19 cancellations will be accepted with a COVID vaccination card and a positive test result.
We do not charge to change your trip date or time as long as it is within our stated cancellation policy
